1. 众筹预售性质

黑箱科技（以下简称"我们"）的众筹预售活动是一种意向登记机制。参与众筹预售意味着你表达了购买意向，并同意在众筹目标达成后，以最终确认价格完成购买。

重要提示：

  • 众筹预售阶段不收取任何费用，仅登记邮箱意向
  • 众筹目标达成后，我们将通过邮件联系你确认订单并完成支付
  • 最终价格将根据参与人数动态确定，参与人数越多，价格越低

    • 2. 产品描述

    我们的产品均已完成样机验证。产品的最终规格、外观可能与样机存在细微差异，我们将在发货前通过邮件告知最终规格。

    3. 发货时间

    众筹目标达成后，预计生产周期为3-6个月。具体发货时间将在众筹关闭后通过邮件通知。

    4. 退款政策

  • 众筹阶段（意向登记期）：可随时取消，无需理由
  • 正式下单后：在发货前可申请全额退款
  • 发货后：产品存在质量问题可申请退换货

    • 5. 限量声明

    每批次产品为限量生产，生产完成后不再补货。序列号为永久唯一标识，不可转让。

    6. 免责声明

    我们不对以下情况负责：

  • 因不可抗力（自然灾害、疫情等）导致的延迟
  • 因供应链问题导致的规格调整
  • 用户提供错误联系信息导致的通知失败

    1. Nature of Crowdfund Pre-orders

    BlackBox Tech's crowdfund pre-orders are intent registration mechanisms. Participating means you express purchase intent and agree to complete the purchase at the final confirmed price after the crowdfund goal is reached.

    Important Notes:

  • No payment is collected during the crowdfund phase — email registration only
  • After the goal is reached, we'll contact you via email to confirm your order and process payment
  • Final pricing is determined dynamically based on backer count — more backers = lower price

    All products have completed prototype verification. Final specifications and appearance may differ slightly from prototypes. We'll notify you of final specs via email before shipping.

    3. Shipping Timeline

    After the crowdfund goal is reached, estimated production time is 3-6 months. Specific shipping dates will be communicated via email after the crowdfund closes.

    4. Refund Policy

  • Crowdfund phase (intent registration): Cancel anytime, no reason required
  • After formal order placement: Full refund available before shipping
  • After shipping: Quality issues eligible for return/exchange

    • 5. Limited Edition Statement

    Each batch is limited production — no restocks after sell-out. Serial numbers are permanent unique identifiers and non-transferable.

    6. Disclaimer

    We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
  • Specification adjustments due to supply chain issues
  • Notification failures due to incorrect contact information provided by users
